Terms and Conditions – Vue x GDK FIV£R Menu Promotion    

Vue Entertainment Limited (“Vue”, "we", the “Promoter”) of 3rd Floor, One Ariel Way, Westfield, London W12 7SL is offering customers of German Doner Kebab in Scotland, England and Wales who purchase any item from the GDK FIV£R Menu during the Promotion Period a unique promotional code (the “Promotion Code”) which may be redeemed for one free cinema ticket at participating Vue cinemas in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland when purchasing one ticket for the same screening in the same transaction (the “Promotion”).  

Please read the terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) below which apply to this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, including by making a Qualifying Purchase or redeeming a Promotion Code, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these T&Cs.   

The Vue Terms and Conditions also apply to ticket sales, together with any additional documents, terms and policies references within them.   

1. ELIGIBILITY
2. This Promotion is available to all customers of German Doner Kebab (“GDK”) who make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period (each an “Eligible Customer”). 

2. A “Qualifying Purchase” means the purchase of any item from GDK's FIV£R Menu available at https://gdk.com/gb/menu, which is a dine in, takeaway and click-and-collect exclusive menu, as updated by GDK from time to time (the “GDK FIV£R Menu”) at a participating GDK restaurant during the Promotion Period, whether purchased in-restaurant or via a Click-and-Collect Order.  
3. A “Click-and-Collect Order” means an order for collection from a participating GDK restaurant placed through GDK’s owned sales channels, specifically the website gdk.com and the GDK app.

3. This Promotion is not available to any Vue or GDK employees or contractors or any third parties directly involved in the administration of the Promotion.  

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

1. The Promotion Period is the period commencing on 2 October 2026 and ending on the earlier of: (a) 27 October 2026; and (b) the date on which the last available Promotion Code is distributed (the “Promotion Period”), unless withdrawn earlier by the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 5 of these T&Cs.  

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Customers must complete a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period and receive a Promotion Code.  Promotion Codes are issued by GDK via the till receipt.  For dine-in purchases, the Promotion Code will be printed on the Eligible Customer’s till receipt.   For takeaway purchases and Click-and-Collect Orders, the Promotion Code will be printed on the till receipt provided to the Eligible Customer on collection of the order. To redeem a Promotion Code, an Eligible Customer must select two standard, VIP or Ultra Lux tickets for the same screening at a participating Vue cinema via the Vue website or Vue app and enter the Promotion Code during the booking process.  The price for one of the tickets will be automatically reduced to £0 at checkout.  Any additional tickets purchased in the same transaction will be charged at the standard applicable price.  

3. The paid-for ticket and the free ticket must be booked for the same film, screening date and screening time and purchased in the same transaction. 

4. Each Promotion Code must be redeemed during the Promotion Period.   

4. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

1. A maximum of 150,000 Promotion Codes are available during the Promotion Period.  Promotion Codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.  Once all Promotion Codes have been distributed, no further Promotion Codes will be issued, regardless of whether the Promotion Period has ended. 

2. GDK is solely responsible for the issue and distribution of Promotion Codes to Eligible Customers  via the till receipt.  Vue is responsible only for the redemption of valid Promotion Codes that have been issued by GDK in accordance with these T&Cs.  Eligible Customers should ensure that they have received their Promotion Code via the till receipt.  Any queries relating to the issue or non-receipt of a Promotion Code should be directed to GDK.  Vue accepts no responsibility for Promotion Codes which are not issued by GDK or are lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise unavailable for redemption. 

3. Orders placed through third party delivery platforms  such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat are excluded. The free ticket must be booked for the same screening, date and time as the corresponding full-price ticket purchased in the same transaction. 

4. The Promotion Code is non-transferable and has no cash value.   

5. Each Promotion Code may be redeemed once only.  Vue reserves the right to refuse redemption of, or withdraw, any Promotional Code where it reasonably believes that the Promotion Code has been obtained, used or redeemed fraudulently or otherwise in breach of these T&Cs.  

6. Upgrade charges will apply where the Promotion Code is redeemed for IMAX screenings, EPIC screenings and any other premium format notified by Vue from time to time.  Such charges must be paid by the Eligible Customer at the time of booking. 

7. The Promotion Code cannot be used in conjunction with any corporate voucher scheme or any other offer, discount or promotion unless expressly stated.    

5.     CHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL

Vue reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without notice. 

6. LIABILITY

1. To the extent permitted by law, Vue, and its employees, shall not be liable for any loss arising from participation in this Promotion. 

2. Nothing in these T&Cs shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of Vue for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by Vue’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. 

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent redemption of a Promotion Code. 

7. DATA PROTECTION

Vue will process Eligible Customers’ personal data in accordance with the Vue Privacy Notice.   GDK is responsible for its own processing of personal data relating to the issue and distribution of Promotion Codes and will do so in accordance with its own privacy policy.

8. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

1. Vue’s decisions on any issue arising out of or in relation to this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

2. Vue’s failure to enforce any provision of these T&Cs in a given circumstance does not waive that provision or Vue’s rights under it. 

3. These T&Cs prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any other communications from the Promoter, including any advertising and promotional material. 

4. This Promotion and Vue's Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat pages are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat. By entering into the Promotion, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Promotion. 

5. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the courts of England and Wales.   Customers resident in Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. Customers resident in Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland. Customers resident in the Republic of Ireland may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the Irish courts.

6. Any queries relating to eligibility for the Promotion, a Qualifying Purchase or the issue or non-receipt of a Promotion Code should be directed to GDK at feedback@gdk.com.
