GDK “Spotted on TV” promotion will run across the GDK Instagram and TikTok social media channels.
This promotion relates exclusively to televised coverage of the 2025/26 World Darts Championship.
To enter, participants must be visibly featured on a televised broadcast of the World Darts Championship, capture a screenshot clearly showing themselves on screen, and submit their entry by sending the screenshot via Instagram DM to the official GDK UK account within 48 hours of the broadcast.
Entries must be submitted from a public or open account, or via DM, so the Promoter can view and verify the entry. Entrants should be aware that certain personal privacy settings on social media platforms may prevent their entry from being seen or verified, for which the Promoter and Data Controller will not be liable.
The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
Prize: Each winner will receive two (2) Boss Box codes (app codes).
No cash or other alternative is offered in place of the prize named in these terms and conditions. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
This promotion is only open to UK residents with a UK address aged 18 and over, excluding employees of GDK, their family, and any other person directly connected with this promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof to validate an entry (including a clearer screenshot or confirmation of identity) and to disqualify entries that cannot be verified.
Entries that are offensive, unsafe, unlawful, or which bring the brand into disrepute will be disqualified.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM.
The prize must be accepted within 4 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not claim their prize within 4 hours of notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PDC, the World Darts Championship, any broadcaster, Instagram, or TikTok. As such, by entering the promotion, entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any liability to the entrant which arises from their entry to this promotion.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scots law and the Scottish Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
