TERMS & CONDITIONS – GDK GIVEAWAY
1.1 The promoter of this giveaway is GDK UK (“GDK”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of GDK, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the giveaway, entrants must:
a) Follow @germandonerkebabuk on Instagram or TikTok
b) Like the designated giveaway post; andone (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
3.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments, tags, or entries via multiple accounts will be disqualified.
4. Entry Period
4.1 The giveaway opens at the time the giveaway post goes live and closes at the date and time specified in the post.
4.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is as described in the giveaway post.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
6. Prize Fulfilment
6.1 GDK reserves the right to take up to six (6) months from the giveaway go-live date to fulfil and deliver the prize.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
7.2 The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @germandonerkebabuk only.
7.3 If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, GDK reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
8.1 By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that GDK may use their Instagram handle and/or any submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Platform Disclaimer
9.1 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
9.2 By entering, participants release Instagram, Meta and TikTok from any responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with GDK’s Privacy Policy.
10.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the promotion.
11. Liability
11.1 GDK accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
12. General
12.1 GDK reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 GDK’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final.
12. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
